Learn how to be mindful in nature

Research has shown that simply looking at a flower on a computer screen for just six seconds can reduce stress.

Imagine what learning to truly connect with nature could do...

The Mindful Approach

Sounds silly right? You don't need to be taught how to go for a walk. But mindful walking is different, its about being fully present in the natural world by using all your senses to engage with your surroundings. It requires guidance and practice for you to fully unlock its full potential.

What are the Benefits?

  • Boosts wellbeing and happiness – Regular time in nature is linked to greater life satisfaction, reduced anxiety, and elevated mood.

  • Restores focus and vitality – Natural environments relieve mental fatigue, lift energy, and improve attention and clarity.

  • Enhances purpose and engagement – A strong connection with nature fosters a deeper sense of meaning and increases motivation and productivity.

What will you get out of a session?

During a session we'll do guided mindfulness where we'll go through the principles of how you can connect with nature through intrigue and wonder. You'll also be given the tools and foundations for how you can further develop and build upon your experience to allow you to practice mindfulness every time you step out in nature.

"When work stress was starting to feel overwhelming, I decided I needed to try something different. So I contacted Jamie and scheduled a nature walk. I didn’t really know what to expect, but from the moment it began, I felt something shift. The way the walk was guided, with such genuine passion for nature and a calm, grounded energy, helped me slow down and actually see the world around me again. I remember feeling the tension start to lift as I noticed small details I’d usually rush past. By the end, I felt lighter, clearer, and much more like myself again."
