Corporate wellbeing sessions

In today’s demanding work environment, employees face ever-increasing pressure, from tight deadlines to remote-office blur, from Zoom fatigue to high expectations of productivity. The ripple effects are real: higher stress levels, diminished focus, more frequent absence, and reduced engagement. What many organisations overlook, however, is the very powerful role that nature can play in helping realign wellbeing. When employees reconnect with the natural world, something shifts, and this shift can benefit wellbeing and business outcomes.

Being outside or simply engaging with natural green spaces does more than feel pleasant, the evidence shows measurable impacts in the workplace. It helps employee dampens employees stress levels, reduces absence, boosts engagement and productivity, and helps amplify work meaning.

A study found that people with ‘high exposure’ to nature (taking more frequent breaks to spend time outdoors in green spaces) reported significantly higher work engagement compared to the participants in the same study who described themselves as having a low ‘exposure to nature’ profile (those who spent more time in the office or who took indoor breaks).

Introducing nature-led mindful walking sessions for your team

At Re: Nature, I’m offering a nature-based wellbeing aid built specifically for modern workplaces: guided mindful walking sessions in green outdoor settings, designed to help teams and individuals step out of the routine and into renewal.

Here’s how the sessions work:

  • I take your team out of the four walls of your office and into a nearby natural setting – woods, parkland or a green corridor.

  • Through structured mindful walking and nature-connection practices, we combine movement, reflection and guided prompts.

  • Learn simple techniques to tap into the restorative power of nature: surrendering mental fatigue, improving focus, calming stress receptors.

  • I tailor each session to your team’s needs, accommodating accessibility requirements and fitting smoothly around busy work schedules.

Why it works

  • Because research backs it: studies consistently show that nature has a powerful, positive impact on how we feel and work.

  • Because it’s practical: I don’t just talk about nature, I equip your team with practical tools to apply what they’ve learned in their everyday lives.

  • Because it engages: fresh air, walking in green surroundings and reflective prompts break the routine and re-energises your team.

Where I work

For corporate sessions, I cover London and the home counties.
